Lucky Littles is an online kidswear brand based in Karachi, Pakistan, offering clothing primarily for children aged 2–14 years.

Our current collection focuses on girls' clothing, with plans to expand into boys' collections in the future.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography conditions.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

3. Prices

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Lucky Littles reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, or modify promotional offers when necessary.

The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing errors.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Phone number
• Email address
• Shipping address
• Billing information, where applicable

Lucky Littles may contact customers to verify or confirm orders, particularly Cash on Delivery orders.

5. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

6. Product Availability

7. Shipping

Lucky Littles provides nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times are:

Karachi: 2–3 working days
Other cities: 4–6 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incomplete information, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available.

Customers placing COD orders agree to provide accurate contact information and be available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.

9. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to our Exchange Policy.

Products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with original tags and packaging.

10. No Refund Policy

Lucky Littles currently operates on an exchange-only basis.

Refunds are not available.

11. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing correct contact information
• Providing an accurate delivery address
• Selecting the appropriate size
• Checking the product according to the exchange requirements
• Being available to receive COD orders

Where an issue occurs due to incorrect information or an error on the customer's side, applicable additional delivery/exchange costs may be charged to the customer.
